You can withdraw from your contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period starts on the day you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) receive the goods.

How it works

Once you submit your request:

• You will receive an automatic confirmation email 
• We will check your order status - if your order has not been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a refund. If your order has already been shipped, we will send you return instructions by email (including return address.) We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

To complete a return and receive a refund, items must be returned in accordance with our returns policy.

Please Note

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

To help processing, please mark the outside of the parcel as “Returned Goods” and include your order details inside.
