Refund policy
We really hope you love our products as much as we do! However, if you happen to be unsatisfied with your items or have changed your mind, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@bodacii.com. Once your return is approved, you will then be provided with instructions on how to return your product and must return the item within 14 days at your own cost. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Items must be returned in a condition suitable for resale. This means items should be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached where reasonably possible.
You may inspect and try on items as you would in a physical store to check fit and suitability. However, items must not show signs of wear, damage, washing, or any use beyond what is necessary to assess them.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or make a deduction from any refund where the value of the goods has been reduced due to excessive handling.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.We cannot accept liability for lost parcels during the return process and recommend using a tracked service to avoid lost parcels.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, a refund will be issued without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods.Refunds will be made using the original payment method used for the purchase. We aim to refund as quickly as possible but please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

European Union Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you may submit our Withdrawal Form available here or contact us using the contact details provided on this website with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.
Once you submit your request:
- You will receive an automatic confirmation email
- If your order has not been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a refund. If your order has already been shipped, we will send you return instructions by email (including return address.)
Once your return has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods.
Once you notify us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date of notification.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
To help us process your return more efficiently, we recommend marking the outside of the parcel as “Returned Goods” and include your order details inside.
You may inspect and handle the goods as you would in a physical store to determine their nature, characteristics, and fit. If the value of the goods is reduced due to handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose, you may be liable for a deduction from your refund.
